Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing constructive feedback
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the firm's growth
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members
