The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, professional services, or the legal industry, and possess an extensive network of industry contacts. This role is crucial in driving business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in corporate finance services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Represent the boutique at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
