We have been exclusively instructed on this exciting opportunity by one of our key clients. Working for a fast-paced PE backed manufacturing group, reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key figure in the growth and scale up of this highly ambitious business with a 3-5 year exit plan.
Your new role
In this unique opportunity, you will be based in their Manchester office, assisting the business through a period of transition, growth and change. You will have responsibility for the provision of timely and robust management reporting of the Group's figures whilst driving growth, organically and through further acquisitions. You will update internal controls and reporting, whilst also implementing changes and driving performance and reviewing existing practice, whilst driving improvements, commercially and operationally.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous experience of working within a high-profile role where you have driven change and growth, ideally within a Private Equity setting. The client has suggested that there will be an advantage to those who have experience in M&A and/or supporting or leading to an exit. They have also stated that the right candidate must have some experience of working within a manufacturing setting.
What you'll get in return
