Our Ideal Commercial Account Handler:
- Proven commercial insurance experience and familiarity with Professional Indemnity and other Financial Lines products including Cyber and D&O would be required.
- A great communicator who can work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- A strong negotiator who can assess risks, tailor coverage, and provide the best solutions for clients.
- Experience using Acturis is ideal, but not essential.
The Commercial Account Handler Responsibilities:
- Managing New Business, mid-term adjustments and renewals for a wide range of clients.
- Collaborating with the Affinity, Underwriting, and Broking Departments to deliver the best possible outcomes for your clients.
- Building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their insurance coverage is exactly right.
- Keeping up with market trends, insurer appetites, and policy wordings to always provide up-to-date solutions.
- Comparing coverage, terms, and premiums to ensure clients are getting the best value while adhering to the company’s placement strategy.
