Commercial Finance Manager | Manchester | £80,000 - £90,000 + bonus

Resourcery are working with a brilliant, high growth, market leader in north Manchester as they look to hire a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a dynamic, profitiable business on an upwards trajectory. The Commercial Fiannce Manager will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership group to drive business performance and use finance as a business tool.

Our client has modern offices in Manchester but has also embraced hybrid working. 

Duties will include;

  • Develop financial models to support commercial decisions, including pricing strategies and margin analysis
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate cost-benefit impact of potential business opportunities and projects
  • Work with M&A team to better leverage external information for competitor trends and analysis
  • Act as a the main business partner to company leaders, supporting them through growth cycles
  • Assist with new business strategies, working across commercial, marketing, sales & operations
  • Continue to develop processes and procedures across divisions to evolve commercial understanding
  • Collaborate with project teams to assess the financial viability of new projects, investments, and product developments.
  • Support with detailed business cases and financial models to support decision-making

Candidate profile;

  • Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Financial modelling skills
  • Excellent business partnering skills
  • Self starter - ability to operate at all levels with minimal oversight
