Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Provide expert tax advice on a range of issues, including restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and international tax matters.
  • Work closely with Partners and senior management to develop business opportunities and build client relationships.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and contribute to technical knowledge within the team.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
