Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tax compliance and advisory services.
- Provide expert tax advice on a range of issues, including restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and international tax matters.
- Work closely with Partners and senior management to develop business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and contribute to technical knowledge within the team.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
