Director of Finance

Director of Finance | Permanent | North West (hybrid and flexible working) | Public Sector

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded Public Sector organisation who are looking to identify a Director of Finance to join their established team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive Deputy Director / Head of Finance looking to take a step up to their first Director level post, or for an experienced Finance Director to add value within a reputable organisation.

Duties;

• Work in partnership with the Chief Executive and Executive Directors to provide leadership and strategic direction for the organisation
• Leadership and development of Finance team, driving a culture of continuous improvement
• Build influential relationships with Leadership Team to ensure the organisation's strategic objectives are achieved
• Lead on resource planning, commercial activity, and corporate risk management
• Develop and implement financial strategies 

The person;

• Fully Qualified with strong leadership experience developed within the Public Sector
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build key relationships at senior level
• Strong commercial acumen
