We are currently working with a great company based in Oldham, one of the leading Business Finance providers in the UK who are looking to appoint a Business Support/Finance Administrator to join their team. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Key Duties
Reporting to the Business Support Manager - you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support for all ongoing lending cases
- Sales & Proposal Coordination:Manage and coordinate the sales process between clients, vendors, and funders. Your excellent communication and attention to detail will be crucial.
- Credit Searches & Finance Proposals:Promptly conduct credit checks and prepare finance proposals. You'll liaise with sales teams and funders to ensure smooth processing.
- Finance Documentation:Generate, issue, and ensure all finance documents are correct and delivered on time, first time.
- Invoicing & Payments:Raise necessary invoices and ensure prompt payments during the sales process.
- CRM Management:Accurately process and record sales using our CRM and Proposal Management systems.
- Client & Vendor Relations:Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, vendors, and funders through effective communication and prompt responses.
- Customer Service:Provide exceptional levels of service to all customers, staying up to date with their needs and available financing options.
- Teamwork & Company Goals:Positively contribute towards achieving individual, departmental, and company-wide objectives, and collaborate effectively with the wider business.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
Profile:
- Must have at least 12 months experience working within the Financial sector or similar
- Solid Admin experience required
- Strong communication skills - Verbal & Written
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills
