Ignata Finance are delighted to be exclusively partnering a well-known, fast-growing company who are recruiting a newly created finance business partner to join their team. This role will involve a high level of engagement across the business to aid the commercial decision-making at the highest level. This is a key, strategic role within the finance team and has the potential to really drive commercial decision making and help to shape the future of the business. You’ll be expected to play a pivotal role within the organisation, supporting the company’s commercial and FP&A process.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong and positive relationships with budget holders and senior management team, supporting them with analysis to drive commercial decisions.
  • Update, maintain and development of weekly commercial trade packs.
  • Ensure divisional heads understand and own their numbers by providing analysis that informs and aids decision making.
  • Reviewing monthly sales consolidation and provide analysis.
  • Work alongside the financial control team to attain key financial data.
  • Assist head of business partnering to achieve tight deadlines in delivering budget.
  • Seek commercial opportunities, cost efficiencies and control + manage risks.
  • Competitor analysis and market insight reports.
  • Depending on capacity and priorities, the candidate will also support the wider team on other FP&A projects when needed.
  Skills and experience:
  • Advanced excel knowledge
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong data analysis, forecasting and modelling experience
  • Stakeholder management – manage and influence stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail.
