Our client is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to drive the commercial financial management of one of their leading international divisions. This role offers an attractive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 plus bonus, with the flexibility of remote working. What you'll do:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will lead the commercial financial management of a high growth international division. You will work closely with commercial teams to understand the operating models and market environment. Your expertise in providing analytical financial reporting will be crucial in driving the company's strategic objectives. You will maintain cost models and ensure that new business opportunities are accurately costed. Your ability to deliver robust financial models for complex business plans will be key in assessing growth opportunities. You will manage sales commission programs and oversee financial processes to provide clear actionable insights. Your proactive approach in identifying risks and opportunities will help shape the company's future direction.

  • Work closely with commercial teams to contribute effectively to business strategy.
  • Provide analysis on reporting including actual, budget and forecast analysis across the P&L.
  • Maintain appropriate cost models and ensure accurate costing of new business opportunities.
  • Deliver robust financial models for complex business plans.
  • Manage commission programs.
  • Oversee financial processes including weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reporting.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, quantifying their impact and supporting leadership in taking corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with teams to build data-driven forecasts, annual operating plans, and strategic plans.
  • Conduct additional analytics and support projects relevant to commercial finance and business priorities.
  • Track and report KPIs, developing new metrics to measure success effectively.

What you bring:

As a Finance Business Partner, you bring substantial experience in commercial finance or a related field. You have the ability to lead discussions, present complex ideas clearly, and engage varied audiences effectively. Your proficiency in handling large datasets, coupled with your expertise in financial modelling, will be crucial in this role.   • ACA qualified (desirable).
