What you'll do:

As a Finance Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial future of our client's diverse investment portfolio. Your role will involve developing and implementing a robust financial strategy that aligns with their ambitious growth objectives. You will provide strategic financial input on key decision-making issues, collaborating closely with other department heads to ensure the organisation's financial sustainability and profitability. Overseeing all aspects of financial operations, from accounting to tax planning, you will deliver accurate and insightful reports that drive sound decision-making. Your expertise will also be crucial in introducing and maintaining efficient financial systems and processes.

• Develop and implement financial strategy in alignment with growth objectives
• Provide strategic financial input on decision-making issues affecting the organisation
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure financial sustainability and profitability
• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and tax planning
• Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports
• Introduce and maintain financial systems and processes to improve efficiency in reporting

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance Director role brings a wealth of experience in senior financial leadership roles. You are ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA qualified with at least three years of post-qualification experience under your belt. Your strong background in financial operations, portfolio management, and investment analysis sets you apart from others. With your expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting coupled with exceptional analytical skills, you are adept at delivering actionable insights that drive business growth. Your excellent communication skills enable you to convey complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA qualification with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
