As the Interim Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership across key functions, including Management Accounting, Financial Control, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting. You will deliver high-quality financial services to the UK businesses and shared service functions, ensuring accurate reporting and driving efficiency's across the group.
The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:* Oversee the production of monthly management accounts.* Partnering with the commercial team to ensure accurate financial forecasting.* Provide detailed variance analysis vs forecast.* Deliver financial insights to improve business performance.* Process improvements.* Day-to-day management of cash.* Working closely with the operational teams.* Review and enhance financial accounting processes.
