You will play a pivotal role in managing the production of monthly management accounts across key EMEA regions.

As a Finance Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our finance department by:

Driving monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for accurate financial reporting.
Supporting the accounting team with closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
Managing internal and external audits for consistency.
Overseeing VAT reporting and financial statement support.
Implementing strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
Leading and mentoring your team, fostering their professional growth through regular 1:1s.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Payroll and FP&A, to support financial initiatives.

What you bring:

CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
Experience in Management Accounting and continuous improvement implementation.
Strong management experience in a dynamic environment.
External audit experience.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated strategic agility.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
