An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Finance Manager to join a global leader in the healthcare sector. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a well-established international organisation with revenues exceeding $5 billion.

You will play a pivotal role in managing the production of monthly management accounts across key EMEA regions.

You will drive engagement, implement innovative strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in this thrilling position. Contribute to strategic planning and shape the future of global healthcare.

As a Finance Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our finance department by:

  • Driving monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for accurate financial reporting.
  • Supporting the accounting team with closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Managing internal and external audits for consistency.
  • Overseeing VAT reporting and financial statement support.
  • Implementing strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
  • Leading and mentoring your team, fostering their professional growth through regular 1:1s.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Payroll and FP&A, to support financial initiatives.

What you bring:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Experience in Management Accounting and continuous improvement implementation.
  • Strong management experience in a dynamic environment.
  • External audit experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic agility.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
