We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing team in Manchester! This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to take on a key role in shaping the financial success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and cost efficiency.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong background in financial management and reporting.
  • Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
