Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with statutory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners.
Key Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Strong background in financial management and reporting.
- Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
