Job Duties:
  • Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis processes
  • Prepare financial forecasts and budgets
  • Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Monitor key financial metrics and variances
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met
  • Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Present financial reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA
  • Master’s degree in Finance or related field
