Job Duties:

Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis processes
Prepare financial forecasts and budgets
Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making
Monitor key financial metrics and variances
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met
Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis
Present financial reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification such as ACA, CIMA or ACCA
Master’s degree in Finance or related field
