This will be a short-term transition from 'Finance Manager' to 'Divisional Head of Finance' as the incumbent provides a handover within a 12-24 month period.This is an exciting business to be part of. The new Finance Manager / Head of Finance will have the opportunity to establish themselves early on and with the support of a thorough handover before they're released to step up and lead the division from a financial perspective. The new Finance Manager / Head of Finance will:- Manage all financial and management accounts for the division across multiple geographic regions.- Help integrate a new ERP system and optimise it for commercial insight.- Work with private equity investors to understand reporting requirements and recruit a 'best in class' finance department.- Develop a wider suite of MI beyond month end, providing visibility into different risks and opportunities within the division.- Head up a range of transformation projects on the back of new investment.Key requirements of this role:- Candidates must be qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA (Essential)- Distribution or Manufacturing experience (Essential)- Experience working in a large business background across several entities (Essential)- Experience of project work e.g ERP implementations (desirable)For more information, please contact Dan Calland at Axon Moore's Lancashire office.
