- Overseeing the production of monthly and annual accounts;
- Pursuing and implementing improvements in processes and controls;
- Enhancing financial analysis and internal reporting;
- Budgeting, forecasting, providing analysis and guidance to the business

- Supporting with acquisition targets and providing onboarding strategy
- Ensuring reconciliation requirements across the teams are met, including balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and external stock reconciliations;
- Monitoring and managing cash flow;
- Liaising with auditors to ensure successful annual audits;
- Leading on recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for your teams.
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Previous people management experience
- Proven leadership, delegation, and coaching skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrable experience of improving and implementing robust controls and procedures
