NSTR are working with a high growth boutique advisory firm, which is looking to build out a high Integration & Separation advisory capability. To compliment their wider advisory and deals business. A career with this firm is unique and rewarding, with exposure to work across various industries working closely with corporate and private equity clients in addition to many well-known brands across the UK.

As a Director in the integration and separation advisory team, you will lead client calls and workstreams. Working on a number of integration and/or separation projects, across the deal cycle and understand the challenges working on both buy and sell-side transactions working as part of larger team.

You will have an ability to understand the financial and operational implications of transitioning a business whilst possessing excellent client facing and collaboration skills with a strong ability to present compelling and concise points of view. As Integration & Separation advisor you will be keen to expand your commercial acumen and proactively make a wider contribution to help grow the business through business development activities.

Profile:

  • Preferably 7-10+ years of experience working on integration and/or separation projects across the deal cycle
  • Buy and sell side diligence: Synergy analysis / separation cost analysis
  • Separation and integration support and value creation
  • Proven verbal and analytical capabilities with the ability to quickly absorb, make sense of and assess large amounts of information
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to flex your style to suit the client situation and to develop long-term client relationships
  • Experience within an M&A environment either in industry or consulting

Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 pa + Bonus
