M&A / Corporate Finance Manager opportunity within a reputable Corporate Finance Advisory Practice offering exposure to good deal volume and involvement in all aspect of mid-market M&A transactions.

THE COMPANY

This entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Advisory firmoperates across the UK and has built a strong deal execution team experienced in lower / mid-market M&A transactions (c.£5m - £50mEV). Considered leading advisors within a number of high-growth industries, the firm has successfully completed numerous M&A transactions involving Trade buyers and PE Investors, delivering significant value for shareholders and SME business owners over the years.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Strong deal flow and a focus on long-term succession plans have combined to create a new opportunity for a Corporate Finance professional which will involve supporting Directors with all aspects of deal processes and lead advisory work on a range of transactions.

As an M&A / Corporate Finance Manager your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Conducting Buyer and Target Research work
  • Preparing key documents & materials including Information Memoranda, Market Analysis, Financial Forecasts and Funding Proposals
  • Managing Data Room and Financial Modelling of scenarios
  • Supporting deal processes and contacting buyers and vendors
  • Supporting Lead Advisory negotiations and project managing SellsideM&A transactions through to completion.
  • Liaising regularly with clients during deal processes to maintain momentum
  • Building a network with Private Equity Investors, Lawyers and Funders

THE PERSON

You will be a Corporate Finance Advisory professional able to demonstrate the following:

  • Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA)
  • Background within Top 4 / Top 10 or Mid-Tier Audit Practice
  • 2 - 3 years M&A / Corporate Finance experience in the Lower / Mid-market
  • A strong desire to develop your M&A / Corporate Finance career as far as Director / MD
