Executive Talent Solutions are working with a rapidly growing technology business to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Controller.

The business is one of the UK's fastest growing technology businesses with a unique offering and exciting future. They have been doubling in size every year for the past 5 years and are looking to continue their expansion in the UK and International markets.

The successful Purchase Ledger Controller will be based in their stunning office in Manchester Science Park. Hybrid working is offered with 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 WFH. The salary is £26,000 to £28,000 plus benefits depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full management to the Accounts Payable cycle for the UK and US businesses
  • Processing invoices onto the Xero system
  • Gaining authorisations for various departmental heads
  • Making payment runs via Xero and online banking
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Developing and improving AP processes

Candidates applying should have previous experience in an Accounts Payable role and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
