We are working in Partnership with a non-profit organisation working across the globe to strengthen humanity’s fight against poverty, social injustice and natural disaster. Through the provision of immediate relief and the establishment of self-sustaining development programmes, they aim to invest in real, effective solutions.

The main purpose of the Senior Financial Systems Manager is to lead financial systems deployment to all the organisations offices worldwide. This includes leading a team to provide training and supporting system users, performing systems configuration and opening balances upload as well as ensuring successful completion of month end and year end close activities.

You will be a positive leader who can persuade and influence a team and other directors with excellent communication skills.

You will be:

  • Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA; ACCA; CIMA) or degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate significant senior-level financial leadership, management and oversight experience.
  • Have experience with, or exposure to, the not-for-profit or Charity sector.
  • Be an experienced user of the MS Office Suite, financial databases and systems. Previous experience using Salesforce, SAGE, and NAVision is desirable.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English (essential). Additional languages such as Arabic and Urdu are desirable.

You will have excellent communication skills and respond positively to change with a willingness to learn. You will support new initiatives while making use of presented opportunities. The post holder will have focus on Stakeholders satisfaction and deliver a quality service or product to the agreed standards. Taking measures to maintain standards while achieving goals.
