Well ahead of their competitors, they’re now looking for an experienced Trading Manager with an understanding of market analysis, trading strategy, and risk management to join their team!
Salary of £48k | 4 days a week in MCR office
About the Role: As a Trading Manager, you will:
- Lead and implement trading strategies across multiple asset classes
- Analyse market trends and leverage data to make informed decisions
- Work closely with key stakeholders to optimise trading processes and performance
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior traders
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in trading
- Proven track record in driving profitable trading strategies
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and risk management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Leadership experience, with a focus on team development
