NJR Recruitment are pleased to be yet again working in Partnership with an impressive firm of Independent & Chartered Financial Planners based in the Heart of Manchester City Centre.

Founded in 2016, Our client typically advises high net worth individuals or families, or high-income professionals across all sectors. They also work with business owners and entrepreneurs in all industries, from start-ups and established SMEs (small to medium enterprises) through to exit planning on sale.

A Financial Planning Manager (Paraplanner) is now required to join their expanding team, and report directly into the Directors.

Main Duties

" Assist in creating financial planning solutions based on client objectives

" Prepare suitability letters

" Complete client review work

" Analyse client investment portfolios and prepare supporting documentation

" Collaborate with advisers and support staff to ensure new business submitted

" Collate, check and maintain client files

" Ensure that recommended contracts and investments are implemented as per advice provided

" Contribute to investment research and attend fund manager and investment meetings

" Attend technical knowledge seminars and investment meetings as required

" Communicate professionally with clients as required

Candidates applying for the role will have proven and strong report writing skills, along with the ability to analyse data and statistics. You will have excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. It is important that the successful candidate has familiarity with Investments, Pensions and Protection products, and the ability to conduct research for appropriate providers and investments.
