Gap Personnel is acting as an employment business are currently recruiting forAdministratorfor our Client based in Trafford Park, M17.
This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.
Lunch is 30 minutes, inclusive of the working hours above
Immediate start.
The role isMon - Wed 7:30am-4pm, but there's a big possibility for working full-time hours in the future. Also the candidate will be required to work full time during the absence of the Coordinator. The weekly hours will be between 24-39 hours.
Pay rate: £14.50/hour
Main responsibilities:
Data input to the system
Processing timesheets
Generating purchase order
Correcting errors in the system
General office duties - emails, scanning documents, answering calls
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of experience working as Admin
Worked in the office environment before
Computer literate
Basic Excel knowledge
Very good with numbers and with big attention to details
Driving would be beneficial
Knowledge VIXEN - would be very beneficial
