Manchester City Centre – 2 days in office

Forward Role are proud to be supporting their longstanding and award winning partner, a well-known Publisher, as they look to expand their internal & experienced Affiliate Marketing team. Based in city centre and operating a very flexible, hybrid working model of 2 days in the beautiful offices, this role would report into a talented Senior Affiliates Manager working as a team of 5, to contribute to the growth of the already highly successful Affiliate portfolio.

You will manage the relationships with their brand partners, looking to drive significant growth of an already very busy Affiliate platform. You yourself will be coming from either brand, agency or publisher side, and will have a minimum of 3 years experience within Affiliates and have a continuous learning mindset - you'll have ample room for progression with the Head of Digital looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Affiliate Exec who wants to develop their career here over years to come!

Your day to day will look like:

  • Supporting the Snr Affiliate Manager in delivering the affiliate programme strategy, ensuring efficient delivery and optimisation
  • Work closely with your wider Partnerships & Business Development team and affiliate manager to increase the size and quality of the partner portfolio, targeting strong affiliate partnerships.
  • Identifying, qualifying and onboarding new brands to the affiliate platforms, working with the marketing function and conducting regular market research.
  • Act as a key contact for affiliate partners, ensuring best in class service delivery to them through effective processes and reporting to leverage long term, successful commercial relationships and growth

Your skills & experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Affiliates & Partnerships role – either in house / agency / publisher
  • Driven and results orientated.
  • Outstanding presentation and influencing skills, excellent commercial acumen with a “get up and go” attitude.
  • Has a creative flair and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Proven analytical capabilities, with previous experience of commercial data analysis.
  • Effective reporting & presentation skills.
