Opportunity to join a Financial Markets and Products group within a top ranked international law firm, where you'll provide expert legal advice on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance, asset finance, private banking, real estate finance, and asset-based lending. Advising global investment banks, asset managers, private equity sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals.

• Lead and manage lending transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support their professional development.
• Maintain strong client relationships through frequent direct contact.
• Contribute to business development through client pitches and networking.
• Collaborate with our corporate and real estate teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Between 6-10 years PQE with significant experience in transactional banking, with a strong commitment to the field.
• Excellent legal drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Confident, professional presentation, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic record.
