Salary to £75k, with extensive benefits

Mainly office based in central Manchester

Join a business on the up, seizing control of the broking strategy and driving placement.  A great opportunity to join a business that has investment.  This to allow the continued growth in the core business, but also to enable investment in key roles - one of which is in the strategic role of Broking Director.

You will be tasked with taking control of the strategic relationships with dozens of insurer and MGA markets in the region and also in London/Lloyds.  You will quickly be able to establish your friends, and may even suggest a significant reduction in the number of insurer agencies.

You will get full backing from the Board to drive decisions on the make up of the overall Book, but also to begin together a more joined up approach to the business' position in the market - maybe by being involved in the placement of some of the most complex accounts, as well as courting favour and trading portions of the portfolio.      There might also be opportunities to create schemes and/or facilities that will enrich the client proposition.
