Job Title: Head of Influencer & SocialLocation: Manchester (On-site)Salary: £90,000 (dependent on experience)Start Date: No later than 21st April

Are you a trend-savvy, strategic thinker ready to redefine influencer marketing for a cult beauty brand? We're looking for a Head of Influencer & Social to refresh, reinvigorate and elevate our already-established programme.

About the Role

This role will take the lead in shaping and executing a new strategic vision for our influencer and social strategy - with a strong focus on growth, audience diversification and TikTok development.

You'll inherit a mature influencer programme with high visibility, including major partnerships such as Molly-Mae. But the time has come to shake things up, evolve our approach, and drive real audience expansion and commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Redefining our influencer strategy to target new audiences and demographics

  • Leading on TikTok growth and social innovation

  • Building and executing long-term plans, not just delivering quick wins

  • Ensuring we're working with the right talent - and that talent wants to work with us

  • Overseeing both strategy and execution, with heavy emphasis on strategic thinking

  • Working closely with our Manchester-based day-to-day team

  • Leveraging freelance support as needed (in line with our talent-to-task model)

  • Reporting into senior leadership and helping drive commercial outcomes

Who You Are
  • Experienced in building influencer programmes - especially ones that deliver revenue

  • Strategic, not just executional - you can build the blueprint, not just follow it

  • Deep understanding of the beauty/lifestyle space and what drives community and clicks

  • Confident leading from the front - this isn't an agency-managed model

  • Well-connected and trend-aware, but not trend-dependent

  • Not afraid to pivot, reset, or rebuild a programme where needed

  • Comfortable working full-time, on-site in Manchester

  • Have worked with (or within) fast-paced, high-growth, consumer-first businesses

Bonus If You
  • Have worked with major creators and know how to handle ambassadorships

  • Understand trade-led, DTC or eCommerce-focused businesses

  • Have experience integrating social and influencer into a wider revenue engine

The Team & Culture
  • 6-person team with lots of passion but in need of stronger leadership

  • A culture that embraces freelance support but values in-house strategic control

  • No other agencies involved - this is yours to build

  • Interviews will be two-stage
