Position Overview:As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared materials.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement de-escalation strategies as needed.
- Support the learning and development of all students, including those with special educational needs.
- Provide feedback to students and contribute to their ongoing development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in schools.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £110.00-£135.00 per day
