Salary: £25,000 + £25,000 - £30,000+ Commission earnings!
Type: Permanent / On-site with customers
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 OR 09:00-17:00, with the occasional Saturday or Sunday depending on pre-arranged customer appointment.

We are seeking an External Sales Representative to join the team, specialising in windows and doors for private homeowners and occasional commercial customer.
Job Summary: As an External Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company, attending site visits with residential customers who are interested in purchasing products. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive sales growth.
The arrangement of customer appointments will be supported by the internal leads team, who will pre-qualify the opportunity ahead of time. You are also expected to use your curiosity to explore other potential revenue sources, as and when the opportunity arises!
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to residential customers' locations to assess their needs and present suitable product options.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Sales Conversion: Identify customer requirements, provide detailed product information, and offer solutions to convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to address any questions or concerns and to close sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer facing sales roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility with hours of work to attend Saturday or Sunday customer visits
