Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: 5-10 years PQE with strong experience in handling children and finance cases.
  • Skills: Proven ability to quickly adapt to new environments and manage complex cases from the outset.
  • Proactive and Confident: A confident, proactive approach with the ability to inspire trust in both clients and colleagues.
  • Accreditation: A Resolution Accredited background is beneficial, though not essential.
