Head of Personal Injury – Leading OpportunityLocation:Manchester Salary: Up to £70kAre you an experienced Personal Injury solicitor with a proven track record of managing successful teams and handling a variety of claims? My client is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to lead a thriving department as the Head of Personal Injury for a respected and growing legal practice.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and progression of Fast Track and Multi-Track claims across areas such as Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), Occupier Liability (OL), and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA).
  • Take charge of and supervise clinical negligence multi-track cases with professionalism and expertise.
  • Lead and mentor a small, focused team of personal injury professionals, ensuring quality service and performance.
  • Strategically develop the department to meet business goals, enhance efficiencies, and deliver outstanding results for clients.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years PQE within the field of Personal Injury law.
  • Comprehensive experience managing Fast Track and Multi-Track claims.
  • Demonstrable managerial expertise, including the ability to oversee small teams, provide guidance, and inspire growth.
  • Strong experience and confidence in handling Clinical Negligence Multi-Track cases.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
