Head of Regulatory Affairs

A great opportunity has become available as a Head of Regulatory Affairs based in North Manchester. As the Head of Regulatory Affairs , you will be responsible the parallel import of licenced drugs and lead a team of 5 Regulatory Affairs Executives. This is a great opportunity for a Regulatory Manager to take the next in their career.

Responsibilities for the Head of Regulatory Affairs

  • Management of the sites Regulatory function and leading the Regulatory Affairs Team.
  • Ensure career development and training for the Regulatory Affairs team and ensure the training is up to date with the ever changing regulations.
  • Work closely with heads of departments to ensure the business is cGMP complaint.
  • Work with external stakeholders and also external auditing, such as the MHRA.
  • Review the business licences and ensure that these are complaint with the regulatory bodies.
  • Be aware of commercial market changes and how the business could act upon and gain competitive advantages.

Requirements for the Head of Regulatory Affairs

  • 5 years' experience within pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Management
  • Strong communication skills, both for internal and external contacts.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP.
