Housing Disrepair Paralegal – Manchester

Full time – Hybrid

Our client, an award-winning national firm, is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Paralegal to join its growing Housing Disrepair department. This is an ideal opportunity for a Paralegal looking to kickstart their legal career.

This firm offers a generous commission structure as well as a genuine route to securing a training contract. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from cradle to grave
  • Conducting legal research and providing legal advice to clients
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents 
  • Negotiating settlements

About You:

  • You will have a proven track record of managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims (at least 1 year of relevant experience will be ideal)
  • You have a working knowledge of the civil procedure rules 
  • You have exceptional client care ability and are passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
