On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their established team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a wide range of HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to managing leavers and internal changes.
  • Be the first point of contact for employee HR queries, offering advice on company policies and escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of employee records, including payroll, benefits, and contractual paperwork.
  • Assist with HR systems management, ensuring data is kept up-to-date and compliant with GDPR requirements.
