Your new role

HR Administrator 35 hours, 5 Days a Week. Hybrid 3 months Contract

It will be a fixed term contract for 3 months, £25,433 to £26,642).

Supporting a busy talent and recruitment team, you will be dealing with incoming communications (mail, electronic mail and telephone enquiries) with diplomacy, tact and discretion; drafting responses and taking other appropriate follow-up action as required.

You will be providing key effective support to enhance recruitment processes. Key duties will include managing key administrative tasks, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting in the implementation of recruitment strategies. You will be reviewing application and candidate information on applications and helping to set up new applications and ensure applications are accurate and comply with GDPR and EDI regulations.You will also be required to set up candidate files and input personal information following GDPR guidelines. Daily duties will involve monitoring inboxes, allocating tickets and responding to applicants. Previous experience in this area in a high processing/ shared service centre role is essential.You will be an excellent communicator and able to communicate at all levels. This is a diverse and busy role which would suit a candidate who is flexible, able to hit the ground running and equally, someone who will pitch in when required during peak times to support team members.Excellent IT skills are required as you will be providing general administrative support across the department.
