  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Answering client queries about their Payroll
  • Implementing specific improvement plans for individuals, teams or clients
  • Reviewing and acting upon all customer feedback
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to help manage client payrolls
  • Complete all set tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting account client reviews
  • Raising system bugs and improvement ideas with technical support
  • Working closely with payroll processors
  • Keeping up-to-date with payroll trends & industry developments
Skills & experience required:
  • Client payroll experience
  • Confident in communicating with clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business or other related field or associate’s degree combined with equivalent experience or equivalent
  • Proven experience with responsibilities for the full payroll cycle
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
