As M&A Manager you will report directly into the M&A Director and provide support on all M&A matters from deal origination, deal execution and completion. This is a newly created role to support the continued growth of the business as it embarks on another period of growth.

Client Details

My client are a Private Equity backed business who have experienced exponential growth over the last 18 months, having completed several acquisitions as well as having won a number of new contracts recently. The business is likely to through another transaction in the next 18-24 months and will continue on it's growth trajectory.

Description

  • Support the M&A Director on live transactions
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential M&A opportunities - sourcing a pipeline of potential deals.
  • Evaluating target companies financial performance, market position and strategic fit
  • Initiate and maintain communication with potential targets
  • Develop a working rapport with diligence advisors, accountancy firms, investment banks and corporate finance houses
  • Managed the administration of M&A deals, including preparing presentations and coordinating projects
  • Reporting to board on deal progress as well as presenting complex financial information and deal structures to stakeholders at various levels

Profile

  • Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
  • Prior M&A experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates ability to think innovatively and strategically.
