About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Cashier to join our Manchester City Centre office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for accuracy and a strong ability to process financial data efficiently. The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level standard or above and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Banking Tasks: Open and close bank accounts, liaise with banks, and handle correspondence.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately input and process financial transactions.
  • Receipts and Journals: Manage and maintain proper records of receipts and journals.
  • Invoicing: Raise and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns as required.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide additional financial and administrative support as required.
