A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to be based on a high-end Build-to-Rent site in Manchester. It is a full-time position with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include:
- Be solely responsible for all maintenance tasks on site.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
- Ensure the building meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
- Provide property inspections.
- Carry out maintenance works.
- Liaise with contractors when needed.
The Maintenance Technician:
- Prior experience in property management maintenance.
- Comprehensive understanding of building services.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Positive, can do attitude.
