OEM Business Manager (Instrumentation / Process Automation)

UK wide (ideally commutable to Manchester)

Role + Responsibilities for an OEM Business Manager:

We are looking for an OEM Business manager who would ideally be commutable to our South Manager office. The OEM Business Manager is responsible for the development of future sales strategies in line with corporate strategy.

Main responsibilities for an OEM Business Manager:

  • You will develop new, dormant, and existing OEM customers.
  • You will network with colleagues to enable good coverage of the supply chain of end users, EPCs, consultants, and plant builders etc.
  • You will develop customers applications in line with the local and global Endress+Hauser OEM strategy.
  • You will be responsible for driving business to achieve the OEM target via promotion of Products, Solutions and Services to both new and existing OEM companies.
  • You will support both the internal and external sales process as a subject matter expert to aid in the development of new and existing customers.

  • Extensive experience of account development

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good market and competitor knowledge
  • General knowledge of all industries
  • Good networking skills
  • The ability to analyse and create strategy from sales data
