We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Client in a Well-Established Onboarding Team.

You will support the Onboarding with facilitating the entire Onboarding and Offboarding Process for New Suppliers, from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the main point of contact for new Suppliers, guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collect and review required documentation from new Suppliers, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Provide training to new Suppliers on processes, systems, expectations, and any specific requirements.
  • Review and refine the onboarding and offboarding processes based on feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding and offboarding tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of property sector is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices related to onboarding.
