We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Client in a Well-Established Onboarding Team.

You will support the Onboarding operation by facilitating the entire Onboarding and Offboarding Process for New Service Providers and Suppliers, from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the main point of contact for new Suppliers and service partners, guiding them through the onboarding process and addressing their questions and concerns
  • Collect and review required documentation from new Suppliers, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Provide training to new Suppliers on processes, systems, expectations, and any specific requirements
  • Risk Management - identify potential risks relating to suppliers and service partners within the supply chain and build robust contingency plans to minimise risk
  • Quality assurance - work with other internal teams to ensure new service partners and suppliers meet the required quality standards and specifications
  • Continuous improvement through reviewing and refining the onboarding and offboarding processes based on feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding and offboarding tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, specifically in relation to new suppliers and service partners - beneficial
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of property sector is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices related to onboarding
