Your new companyHays are recruiting exclusively for a full-or part-time PA. This role is based in Manchester City centre. The hours applicable will be dependent on the individual. We can accommodate part-time for the right candidates. 20-25 hours part-time or 9 -5pm for full-time, flexible start and finish times, hybrid working applicable. Jan 2025 start. Your new roleYou will monitor emails, respond to emails, update email inboxes at all times, you will answer calls, filter calls, you will be responsible for full PA duties, diary management, take minutes, creating and circulate memos, arrange meetings, full events' management, book venues, office and operational support, invoicing, preparation of letters, administrative support, draft documents, update the CRM system and any other duties required via the wider team. What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent attention to detail, you will be able to work on your own, you will be self-motivated, you will be able to organise and prioritise your day. You will be methodical, a strong communicator. You will be able to converse at all levels; previous PA experience is essential; excellent IT skills are essential. What you'll get in returnThis role is a permanent position for an excellent Manchester city centre-based business. Salary dependent on experience £25,000 - £30,000 as is hours of role.
