Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity in the rapidly growing fintech industry? Our client, a leading fintech company, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Recruitment Coordinator on a temporary basis.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating the candidate database and applicant tracking system
  • Working in partnership with the Hiring Manager to create and submit a Job Requisition in Workday
  • Follow internal approvals process to ensure requisition approval secured within SLA
  • Coordinating pre-employment checks and verifying candidate credentials
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Experience of working in a large organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work

This is a temporary position with an expected contract length of 8 months. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be required to work full time, but you will only be required onsite two days per week. This arrangement offers a good balance between working in a collaborative office environment and the flexibility to work remotely.
