Release & Implementation Manager6 Months £300 - £374 Inside IR35 Manchester, hybrid, 20% Our client is looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to play a key role in delivering successful releases and implementations in a secure and controlled manner. This role involves working closely with programme teams, stakeholders, Change Management, and Service Readiness to ensure seamless deployment of changes that support both business and customer objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage code deployments across environments, ensuring a smooth route to live.
  • Oversee the merger of code in collaboration with SMEs and Technical Delivery Leads.
  • Develop and refine high-level implementation strategies, presenting plans to working groups.
  • Take ownership of detailed implementation planning, including minute-by-minute execution plans and communication strategies.
  • Forecast and coordinate implementation team resources, including third-party involvement.
  • Navigate the governance process for each release, securing necessary approvals and ensuring compliance.
  • Lead the implementation team through all phases, from deployment to live proving.
  • Manage incidents effectively during live proving and warranty periods, ensuring a swift resolution.
  • Oversee approval processes for change records, CDR, and CAB to support successful go-live.
  • Capture and integrate lessons learned to continuously improve future implementations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate governance and approval processes.
  • Experience in managing technical deployments and coordinating cross-functional teams.
