A long-established legal firm in Manchester is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with at least 5 years of experience to handle a diverse caseload of 70-80 Residential Conveyancing files.
The role involves managing various property types including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, and Unregistered Properties, covering Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, and Buy to Let transactions.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent technical knowledge in general Conveyancing transactions from inception to post-completion.
The position offers a salary of up to £45,000, along with 25 days of holiday (increasing with service), bank holidays, birthday off, life assurance, and a hybrid working option.
