Job title: Retrofit Coordinator

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm
Purpose of the Retrofit Coordinator Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join our client's growing Retrofit department, working on large-scale social housing regeneration projects. This role involves managing the implementation of multiple energy efficiency measures across portfolios of 500+ properties, collaborating with in-house teams including sustainability, architecture, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities for a Retrofit Coordinator:
- Oversee retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring PAS2035 and PAS2030 compliance.
- Collaborate with retrofit assessors, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality energy efficiency improvements.
- Conduct energy modelling, producing Improvement Option Evaluations and Medium-Term Plans.
- Ensure compliance with DESNZ funding and Trustmark database registration upon project completion.
- Advise clients on energy efficiency measures to enhance performance, reduce carbon emissions, and lower fuel costs.
- Manage documentation, technical surveys, and insurance guarantees in line with industry standards.
- Provide project updates, track performance metrics, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Key Requirements for a Retrofit Coordinator:
- Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management qualification is essential.
- Experience coordinating retrofit projects under SHDF schemes.
- Knowledge of energy modelling software such as Elmhurst Design SAP 2012.
- Familiarity with PAS2035 processes and Trustmark lodging.
- Preferable qualifications: Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor or Level 3 EEM in Older & Traditional Buildings.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
- UK driver's license and the ability to conduct site visits when necessary.
